One-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Triple Grace provides a one-year limited warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and applies only to jewelry purchased directly from Triple Grace or an authorized Triple Grace retailer.

This warranty is separate from our Return and Refund Policy. It does not extend the return period or provide a right to a refund.

What Is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that prevent the jewelry from functioning as intended under normal use.

Examples may include:

  • A clasp or closure that is defective
  • A faulty soldered joint
  • A structural defect present because of improper manufacturing
  • A stone-setting defect confirmed by Triple Grace

An issue is covered only when Triple Grace determines that it resulted from a manufacturing defect. The existence of damage, breakage, or a missing component does not by itself establish a manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing, oxidation, or discoloration
  • Fading, thinning, or wearing away of gold, silver, rhodium, or other plating
  • Scratches, dents, chips, or surface marks
  • Broken chains or components caused by pulling, snagging, twisting, impact, or pressure
  • Bent, stretched, crushed, or misshapen jewelry
  • Loose or missing stones unless Triple Grace confirms a manufacturing defect
  • Lost earrings, earring backs, charms, stones, or other components
  • Loss, theft, or misplacement
  • Damage caused by water, moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products, or chemicals
  • Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, handling, or storage
  • Damage caused by failure to follow our jewelry-care instructions
  • Allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or individual body chemistry
  • Natural variations in pearls, gemstones, color, texture, shape, or finish
  • Changes in the appearance of natural materials over time
  • Incorrect sizing or changes in fit
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications performed by a third party
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • Secondhand or previously owned jewelry
  • Promotional gifts, samples, replacement items, or products sold with a disclosed defect

Personalized and Custom Jewelry

Personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order jewelry is covered only for confirmed manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Customer-provided spelling, sizing, date, initial, or engraving errors
  • Design selections approved when the order was placed
  • Changes of mind or personal preference
  • Normal differences resulting from handmade or personalized production
  • Damage caused by resizing or alteration after delivery

Custom and personalized products remain final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Warranty Remedies

If Triple Grace approves a claim, we may choose to:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with the same item
  • Replace it with a comparable item
  • Provide store credit up to the item’s original purchase price

The remedy is selected by Triple Grace based on the nature of the defect, product availability, repair feasibility, and original purchase value.

Warranty claims are not eligible for cash refunds. Triple Grace is not required to provide a different product, size, material, or color requested by the customer.

Each item is eligible for a maximum of one approved warranty remedy.

A repaired or replacement item remains covered only until the original warranty expiration date. A repair, replacement, or store credit does not begin a new warranty period.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a warranty review, email support@triple-grace.com before the one-year warranty period expires.

Please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Valid proof of purchase
  • The product name
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The date the issue was first noticed
  • Clear photographs showing the entire item and the affected area

Incomplete claims may not be reviewed. Submission of a claim does not mean that the claim has been approved.

Triple Grace may request additional photographs, information, or a physical inspection before making a decision.

Returning an Item for Inspection

Do not send jewelry to Triple Grace without prior authorization and return instructions.

If an inspection is required, the customer is responsible for packaging and sending the item to the address provided by Triple Grace. Triple Grace is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being sent for inspection.

If the claim is approved within the United States, Triple Grace will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item to the customer using standard shipping.

International customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and related charges associated with a warranty claim.

Items sent to Triple Grace without authorization may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

Claim Assessment

Triple Grace will determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect based on the information provided and, where required, an inspection of the item.

If the issue is not covered, we may return the item at the customer’s expense. Where available, we may offer a paid repair or replacement option, but we are not required to do so.

Triple Grace may deny claims involving misuse, unusual damage, inconsistent information, inadequate proof of purchase, unauthorized repairs, or suspected abuse of the warranty program.

Purchases From Retail Partners

For jewelry purchased from an authorized Triple Grace retailer, the customer must provide a valid dated receipt.

The retailer’s own return and exchange policies apply to purchases made through that retailer. Triple Grace may require customers to submit their claim through the original retailer.

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, marketplaces, resellers, or private individuals are not covered.

Gifts

A gift may be eligible for warranty coverage if the recipient can provide the original order number, purchaser information, or a valid gift receipt.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date, not the date the gift was received.

Approved gift claims are eligible only for repair, replacement, or store credit. Cash refunds will not be issued to the gift recipient.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triple Grace is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, ownership, use, or inability to use a product.

Triple Grace’s maximum responsibility under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected item.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Nothing in this warranty excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
